About Daniel Lynch

I've been working as a coach within the fitness industry for over 15 years, studying multiple components of fitness from strength & conditioning to nutrition & weight management. Ultimately my passion lies in helping others accomplish their goals and achieve their potential through building a healthier, happier lifestyle.

For almost 20 years, I have been in and around the sport of boxing. I began Competing as an amateur myself for my local clubs. I never desired to go pro or to compete at a high level. My goal was to become a coach and use my knowledge and experience to coach others in their pursuits, Whether it be for competition purposes, fitness-related goals, or even for those just wanting to learn a new skill.

Along with boxing, strength & conditioning is another area I specialize in, Essentially strength and conditioning consist of prescribing training methods and exercises that improve performance specific to your goal/sport. For example, a boxer wanting to improve his/her punching power, or a marathon runner wanting to improve their aerobic capacity. Different goals require different approaches. No one size fits all approach.

That's where I come in.

I like to focus on each individual because no two people are the same. We move differently, are built differently, and have a variety of obstacles to overcome.

Training doesn't have to be complicated. My job as a coach is to set a route from where you are currently to where you want to be. The key is consistency! Results don't happen overnight. Follow a progressive training plan, log your food, be accountable, and above all,
